Contract to Hire

Reporting to the Configuration Center Manager who manages both the Advanced Exchange Team Lead and the Deployment Team Lead, all work together to support our customer's technology devices.

The Advanced Exchange team handles technology repair services, device management, and post-deployment support services for customers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Ability to work within a team structure
  • Able to take on advanced PC and engineering projects as needed.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to Service Requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Update tickets in the appropriate system, Inventory Control
  • Initiates escalation as deemed appropriate to ensure management awareness of severe problems or calls that exceed documented Service Level Agreements
  • Advanced knowledge of Customer standard products as defined per engagement(training provided)
  • Advanced troubleshooting and resolution skills(Hardware / Software)
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with unloading, packing, and loading units as needed some lifting required
  • Additional tasks as deemed necessary by a manager to meet business requirements.

Skills and Abilities Requested

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize appropriately from direction provided by supervisor
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports necessary
  • Efficient interpersonal and communication skills
  • Efficient planning and organizational skills
  • Chrome OS & Windows OS
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds with no restrictions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google application suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service / relations.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Troubleshoot and Repair.
  • 5 Panel Drug Screen required for the position
  • High School Degree / GED required; College degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable to position)
