Business Transformation Program Manager
The Business Transformation Program Manager (PM) will report to the Business Transformation PMO and will lead critical Business Transformation programs that will have a direct impact on improving Bio-Rad financial performance.
The PM will manage programs with Core team members from groups across the organization. In addition, the PM will need to coordinate work from several project managers within the program.
If required, the PM will also manage specific projects as well.
You will be a recognized leader with a core expertise in Project and Program Management and a breadth of experience in process improvement, change management, and cross functional leadership with internal and external partners.
Sales and Operations Planning, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Master Data Management are a few examples of current end to end process focus areas for Business Transformation Programs.
You will be a hands-on leader and serve as a subject matter expert in the Program Management discipline to Lead programs but also train, coach and develop Project Managers and aspiring Program Managers.
How You'll Make An Impact :
You will manage cross functional program and project teams, define the business case, develop appropriate program / project management (timelines, deliverables, risks, costs), execute the program / project with appropriate control and ensure timely escalation and resolution of risks.
This high visibility leadership role will present frequently to the C-suite, Executives and Senior Leaders. You will assess program performance and aim to maximize return on investment (ROI).
You will provide support to the Business Transformation PMO level regarding continuous improvement, methodology reviews and implementation of new tools and processes in the areas of :
- Project and Program Management
- Portfolio Management
- Capacity Management Train, coach and develop Project Managers and aspiring Program Managers either directly one on one or through the Bio-Rad Academy.
What You Bring :
- Education : BA / BS required; secondary business degree is a plus. PMP certification required.
- Work Experience : 12+ years managing people and program wide projects with progressively more complex projects in Business Processes.
- Experience with leading enterprise process Design and Implementation.
- Leadership experience with Senior International Business Leaders across all global functions; finance, logistics, manufacturing, planning, procurement, commercial, marketing, R&D, HR, IT, Quality.
- Operational and Commercial Excellence experience is a plus.

Compensation : The estimated annual salary for this position is $135,400 to $233,400 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*.
Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
