CNC Machine Technician is a skilled professional responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines. These machines are used to manufacture parts and products by precisely cutting, drilling, and shaping materials such as metal, plastic, or wood.
The key responsibilities of a CNC Machine Technician include :
Machine Setup :
o Preparing and setting up the CNC machines for operation.
o This involves installing and adjusting tools, dies, and other components as per the specifications of the job.
Programming :
o Inputting or editing machine code to dictate the machine's actions.
o Technicians often use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to develop and modify these programs.
Operation :
o Operating the CNC machinery to produce parts.
o This includes starting the machine, monitoring its operations, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality.
Quality Control :
o Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Maintenance :

Requirements : Technical Skills :
Technical Skills :

Experience :
