Responsibilities
- Lead water / wastewater process design for the Southwest Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky region of the firm
- Mentor water / wastewater engineers in their development of process planning and design
- Coordinate with B&N project teams, internally and externally
- Participate in proposal technical approach preparation
- Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process
- Promote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture
- Maintain quality control of services and deliverables
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Ecological Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration required in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana; or ability to register through reciprocity
- 12+ years of related water / wastewater experience. Treatment process and related software knowledge and experience is required
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Project management experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Design / Build experience is a plus
