Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate all P&L and budgeting activities related to the account
• Lead overall day-to-day operations with flawless execution
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, dynamic counseling, and terminations
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and team training to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and provide top-quality food
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company’s marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications :

• A BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary is preferred.
• Five years of food service high-volume operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is crucial
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding food service company
