For our customers, the most important thing we can do is give them access to Earth's largest store. Our sellers and our customers are in every country around the world, and our team helps connect them regardless of where they manufacture or where they live.

Our team builds Cross-Border Fulfillment solutions (XBF) that help Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers to make their selection available to customers across every Amazon store, with the sharpest possible prices and with locally available inventory.

We develop scalable systems and services, utilizing cutting-edge technology (e.g., machine learning, big data, etc.), to enable world-class global logistics solutions.

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager who has a proven track record of marketing campaigns globally.

This role will own the development and execution of our marketing strategy to drive awareness of our products and drive demand generation.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for driving traffic, awareness, engagement, and adoption from selling partners with our Cross-Border products.

You will also be responsible for developing a deep understanding of a seller journey and products, by working with stakeholders across marketing, product, and technology.

You will also need to display thought leadership to design and run experiments, to build the scope / strategy to enable marketing automation.

A successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically, from the creation of plans, to drive the execution.

The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they have end-to-end ownership in a white space, is an excellent communicator, and has strong business judgment.

This candidate will have experience in both targeted performance marketing and mass marketing, a strong data orientation, and a history of success in building customer demand and product awareness.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and manage the full lifecycle of complex marketing initiatives based on seller insights, tying back to business priorities and goals.
  • Identify the correct prioritization and build a tiered marketing strategy to focus on the right areas, while providing marketing services globally.
  • Build, test, and optimize seller campaigns, making continuous improvements based on performance, and identify ways to automate successful campaigns.
  • Create high-quality, engaging communications for customers across a variety of channels, including emails, social media, display, and others.
  • Partner with product and technology teams to identify new opportunities : Scope and deliver recommendations on the future state to deliver targeted placements of products and campaigns throughout the seller journey.
  • Work across business, operations, product, quality, marketing channels, insights, technology, and key external partners globally to create bold, innovative, and strategic plans.
  • Develop targeting and segmentation strategies, marketing channel measurement and reporting, and strategies to retain customers and deliver topline targets.
  • Build and own the playbook for new marketplace and product launches.
  • Represent our team in internal and external meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with PR teams to design strategies and campaigns to drive XBF channels awareness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
