A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to drive business from loan application to funding of loans.Key Responsibilities : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, including a minimum of 25 funded loansPartner with team members to provide an excellent customer experience from application to fundingMaintain compliance with federal and state regulations while managing the loan application pipelineRequired Qualifications : A minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, focusing on purchase loansActive NMLS licenseProficiency in FNMA and FHLMC guidelines;
familiarity with non-conforming loans is a plusExperience using Encompass, Optimal Blue, and Customer Relationship Management SystemsHigh school education or equivalent experience
