This position reports to

Senior Manager, Business Operations

Your role and responsibilities

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed.

You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education / employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is onsite / hybrid in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Please note that no relocation assistance or stipend will be offered for this position.

Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location. Candidates are expected to manage their own commuting arrangements.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
• Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
• Learn ABB US MOSE business systems and data architecture
• Build queries and dashboards to support Business Operations team
• Support with project focused on improving customer experience (E-commerce, On-time delivery, etc.)
• Analyze business operations data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce operational cost
• Learn system interfaces and provide error management support

Qualifications for the role

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business or related field, in the United States
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
