job summary :
One of our New Jersey clients is looking to add a Sr. Project Manager to their growing team. The Project Manager will be a critical role that will be instrumental in delivering the Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) vision and roadmap.
This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of Enterprise Planning & Analytics (EP&A) projects.
- This role will develop, manage, and drive the execution of project work plans; lead resource planning and manage throughout the project lifecycle;
- manage project scope; own and drive project changes, risks, actions, issues, decisions (CRAID); weekly status reporting;
manage integration of intra / inter-dependencies across projects and integrated work plan milestones. This role will partner with senior stakeholders within the FS&T organization as well as across the broader Finance and Technology organizations to drive execution.

Education :
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance / Accounting, Information Management, or equivalent is required.
- Post-graduate degree preferred.
- Professional project management certification (PMP) and / or diploma is preferred.
Experience :
- 8+ years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations
- 5+ years of Finance experience is preferred (Finance processes and / or technology)
- Demonstrated experience driving and delivering projects of various sizes & durations. Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong technical aptitude - proven experience with SAP ERP system implementations, including implementation approaches, timelines, and activities is required
- Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, project planning, scheduling tools, and cross-project analyses is required
- Solid understanding of project support tools like Jira, Planview, MS Office is preferred
responsibilities :
Responsible for managing and driving complex projects throughout the full project life cycle - from ideation, planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Manage PMO activities in support of the overall program which primarily include :
