Job Summary : EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Maintenance Helper in Washington, DC. This position is covered by the CBA for Local .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform all assigned duties under the immediate supervision of the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor or any other employee designated by the Employer.

Qualifications :

Prior Experience in the Maintenance Field

Physical Demands :

Frequently lifts, carries, and sets up equipment that weighs pounds. Occasionally may lift items up to pounds. Work is performed inside and outside and is usually dirty, greasy, and potentially strong fumes.
