This position works closely with our Program Supervisor and our Programs Development Manager. Our Preschool Gymnastics program focuses on helping build a solid foundation for the physical, social, and cognitive development skills of all children.

In order to prepare the athletes in our program to grow into great gymnasts, we incorporate fun exercises with lots of exciting and interactive activities to mold amazing athletes out of the individuals who walk through our door every day.

Qualified candidates must have experience in working with children ages 2 to 6. Child Development knowledge preferred. Minimum availability of two days per week for at least 2-hour shifts required.

While our scheduling can be flexible with proper notice, we are looking for candidates who have consistent availability.

Business Hours : MON 3-8pm

MON 3-8pm

TUE 3-8pm

WED 2 : 30-8pm

THU 10 : 15am-1 : 30pm, 3-8pm

FRI 3-8pm

SAT 8 : 15am-1 : 30pm (1 : 30-9pm for events)

SUN - CLOSED

Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Follow the designated rotation schedule and curricula
• Complete all administrative duties asked of you such as verifying attendance, completing safety checks, following lesson plans and updating progress reports of your students
• Come to work ready to make a positive impact on your students and co-workers
• Understand the importance of your Student Retention rate
• Stay engaged in each class, always focusing on your students
• Help set, maintain, and enforce standard attire policies for the program(s)

Desired Skills & Characteristics :

• Patient and passionate about working with children in youth sports
• Has a friendly, upbeat, & enthusiastic attitude and approachable personality
• Hardworking and willing to increase their knowledge about the program(s) and learn different techniques in coaching
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary Range : $16.00 to $24.00 per hour (depending on industry experience)
