We are a family owned and operated metal shop out of Temecula, CA specializing in high-quality structural steel projects and stainless-steel fabrication.
We are seeking a skilled Metal Shop Manager to join our team and take us to the next level. The ideal candidate will oversee fabrication projects from beginning to end, ensuring that they are completed within time and budget constraints.

Work Location : In person. This is not a remote position.
Duties :
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Coordinate and lead project meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within the scope
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project requirements are met
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and address any issues that arise
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
- Client follow-up and retention
- Drawing parts for production in CAD
Requirements :
- Minimum of 8 years of structural steel fabrication and construction experience
- Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout
- Knowledge of light gauge metal work is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction management processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong Knowledge of Welding
- Strong negotiation and management skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Self-motivated and independent
- Experience working on construction sites is preferred
- Strong knowledge in CAD
