Choice Dermatology is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operation of our clinic.

Major Responsibilities and Objectives :
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls to appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments and maintain the schedule
- Verify patient information
- Collect co-pays and payments from patients
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of insurance
