We have a career opportunity for an experienced Administrative Professional who can add their skills to our team. This position calls for an administrative professional with strong organizational and communication skills This role requires an ability to work with an experienced team, multi-task, problem solve and facilitate complex administrative processes function at a high level.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to enjoy a professional setting, work with other experienced administrative professionals as well as our executive and sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Be part of a five-person administrative team, assuring process and procedure flow
- Facilitate Supply purchasing, Merchandise Processes, Payroll and HR support functions
- Must multi task and be comfortable working in a fast paced, luxury environment.
- Support & interact with sales team, service team, department managers and executive team
- Interact with clients via phone and online inquiries, problem solve and provide a luxury
experience in all customer interactions, internal and external.
Requirements
- Office or Administrative experience, 2 years or equivalent experience minimum
- Knowledgeable and comfortable working with Microsoft Office & Windows.
- General knowledge in working with PC, Phone Systems, Printers
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work within a team environment
- Assist with various operational and administrative projects and processes
