Your Role
Gensler Los Angeles is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.
Marketing Coordinators produce and support the production of materials that contribute to Gensler's business development efforts.
They work under the direction of senior staff and marketing leaders to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm win work.

What You Will Do
- Work with and support other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
- Participate in pursuit strategy and planning
- Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities
- Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines
- Understand and learn Gensler's portfolio of work, practice areas, and firm wide capabilities
- Maintain resources & information systems including resumes, case stories, and marketing drive organization
- Participate in data management in salesforce and imagery organization in open asset
- Work closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects, elevate the quality of our efforts, and contribute to our win strategy efforts
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. Directly related marketing communications experience
- At least 3+ years of experience preferably in an architecture or engineering firm
- Very strong InDesign skills, including proficiency with text styles, master pages, and other tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Strong writing skills and attention to typographic detail
- Superior communication, organization, and customer service skills, and a desire to learn
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detail
- Ability to manage own time, to work both collaboratively and independently, and to perform effectively under tight deadlines
- Information design and layout experience is a plus

The base salary range will be estimated between $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
