Receptionist - Part-Time (3-6 p.m., M-F)
Position Purpose : The receptionist is a person who has critical thinking skills and is responsible for the building access during work hours.
The receptionist answers phones, directs calls, greets and directs visitors and staff, and assists with general office support as needed.
Reports To : Operations Manager
Essential Job Functions
- Answers telephone calls and provides information and assistance to callers.
- Provides assistance to managers and security staff.
- Greets visitors and directs them to their proper destination.
- Performs various clerical tasks such as coordinating room reservations, scheduling meetings, mailings, typing reports, distributing mail, maintaining logs, and preparing general internal and external communication.
- Monitors security systems or procedures.
- Participates in safety committee meetings.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years general office procedures a must.
- Bilingual preferred.
