Qualifications :
Clearance Level : Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Education : Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or other related engineering or computer science discipline.
Experience :
Required Experience (within past seven years) :
- Minimum three years of experience performing management, reduction, and analysis of data, designing tests, and laboratory analyses, including scientific analyses and interpretation of research results for C4ISR systems.
- Minimum three years of experience with system of systems design and development to C4ISR systems.
- Minimum three years of experience architecting, reviewing, analyzing, testing and modifying systems of systems designs and implementations for C4ISR systems.
Desired Experience : (Five years within the past 10 years)
- Experience performing management, reduction, and analysis of data, designing tests, and laboratory analyses, including scientific analyses and interpretation of research results for C4ISR systems.
- Experience with system of systems design and development to C4ISR systems.
- Experience architecting, reviewing, analyzing, testing and modifying systems of systems designs and implementations for C4ISR systems.
- Experience with open architecture constructs like Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR) / Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS), Open Mission Systems (OMS), Open Communication Standard (OCS);
utilizing the Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI).
- Experience with LPD (Low Probability of Detection) and LPI (Low Probability of Intercept) waveforms and anti-jam capabilities communication capabilities.
