The Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division.

RSSRs drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor / outdoor position in which the RSSR delivers & picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, & other rental items.

RSSRs are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers while ensuring quality standards while pro-actively solving customer concerns.

Some of the job responsibilities include growing our existing customer base by upselling / cross-selling additional products & services, negotiating service agreement renewals, & controlling inventory while working professionally, safely, & in compliance with driving / vehicle regulations.

The RSSRs work 4 days per week and no weekends!

Route Service Sales Representative Requirements :

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Must have a High School diploma, GED or Military Service
  • Have an active driver's license w / clean driving record
  • Must be willing / able to obtain a DOT medical certification
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivation & drive to work in as a team to meet goals
  • Must have a positive attitude, along with ambition, organization, & service spirit
  • Must be able / willing to provide documentation regarding previous employment
  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
