Required Experience :
- 1+ years relevant Maintenance experience
- Specialty in HVAC, Plumbing, and / or Electrical
Required Qualifications :
- WA State Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Safe Driving Record
- Ability to pass drug screen, background checks, and reference checks.
- Ability to participate in rotating on-call program.
Job Duties :
- Reviews manufacturers' service manuals, own establishment's usage schedules, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance.
- Repair machinery and equipment as directed after consultation with Director of Facilities.
- Work with outside contractors and assesses their performance.
- Estimates costs of parts and supplies to be used during scheduled maintenance.
- Maintains records of planned and completed maintenance.
- Responds to work requests through the work order system as designated.
- Assists with set-up and break down of facility events and activities, as needed.
