A school in the Clarkston, GA area is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming academic year.

The SLP will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate families and caregivers on managing these disorders.

The caseload will be determined later. The director is ready to review applications and conduct interviews for this role.

Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and treat communication disorders.
  • Create treatment and therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Educate patients and family members about speech disorders, their causes, and effective management strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.

Experience :

  • Previous experience in an SLP setting.
  • Experience in a school setting as an SLP is preferred.

Education :

  • Must have a masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Full accreditation (CCC) is preferred.
  • Must be in at least the Clinical Fellowship Year.
