Service Director
Gpac is partnered with a globally recognized manufacturer of machine tools. They need a Service Director, who will be tasked to manage costs and revenue generation to keep assigned local offices profitable and manage customer satisfaction regarding service quality and response time on a highly analytical basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC systems, CNC programming
- Related field and / or machining knowledge preferred
- Excel with V-lookup and Pivot table is required
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Proven experience to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, SAP a plus
- Excellent communication skills and delegation skills, positive solution-oriented attitude, teambuilding
- Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility working in a fast-paced setting
- Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail
