Seeking Entry Level Production Associates in Denver, CO! Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift : Mon-Thurs, 5 : 30 AM-3 : 30 PM, Fri 5 : 30 AM-1 : 30 PM
• $19 / hour
• 2nd Shift : Mon-Thurs, 3 : 30 PM-1 : 30 AM, Fri 3 : 30 PM-11 : 30 PM
• $21 / hour
• Job Description
• Join our dedicated team in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will work on a small team of 2-3 people operating both automated and manual machinery.
• Your role will involve filling, capping, and boxing products, rotating through different stations, packaging finished goods, printing labels, assisting with pot changes, and palletizing boxed goods for shipment.
• This position offers a long-term opportunity with the potential for career advancement.
• We pride ourselves on promoting from within and offer opportunities to move into higher technical roles such as Tech 2 and Tech 3 positions.

Hard Skills

• Experience with simple machinery
• Prior production or packaging experience preferred
• Ability to consistently lift or move up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day
• Understanding of date / lot codes
• Willingness to learn machine area and product safety

Soft Skills

• Adeptness in working within a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with hands and performing repetitive tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
