About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse - Operating RoomJob Specialty : Operating Room Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Mid 5x8-Hour (2 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum Years of Experience - Not specified License : IL License required Certifications : COVID-19 Vaccine required (No Exemptions) Must-Have : - Level 1 Trauma Experience - RN must scrub and circulate - Experience in : Orthopedics, Orthopedic Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery Job Description : - Preferred Experience in Neurosurgery (cranial and spine), Open Heart / Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology - On-Call required : One 12-hour shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday, either 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM - No weekday on-call requirements - Maximum of 5 days RTO, with no more than 2 consecutive days - No RTO the day prior to, or after, a holiday - No RTO on weekends - Orientation : 24 hours (non-billable) - Floating : Clinicians may be requested to float to other units within a 50-mile radius, with notice given 2 hours before the shift.
Refusal to float may result in cancellation.
