About the Role
Join an innovative, dynamic insurance organization as Compliance Manager with responsibility for maintaining ongoing regulatory compliance initiatives with a specific emphasis on insurance forms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with responding to market conduct examinations and internal audits
- Maintain state agency appointments and company licensure
- Review and coordinate the development of state filings for new programs and update filings for existing programs
- Provide regulatory insight, support, and guidance to senior management when product filings are prepared and facilitating approvals through timely communication to filing objections
- Track regulatory information from trade associations, industry communications, state and federal insurance departments, etc.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of property and casualty regulatory compliance experience
- Experience with regulatory research tools and methods required
