This role offers exciting travel opportunities, with the chance to visit various locations and work directly with clients.
Responsibilities :
- Perform machine maintenance and repairs at customer sites.
- Oversee machine installations, training, and technical support at customer facilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including instructions, bulletins, training materials, job reports, and expense reports.
- Provide technical service for all machine models, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure proper machine documentation, including manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Support the Factory Service Department with technical expertise.
- Organize and securely maintain service data and records.
- Contribute to improvement projects related to service systems and documentation.
- Work closely with other technicians to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize company IT resources, including the DMERP service portal, M3 MRP system, MS Office, Time Clock system, and company telephones, for all work-related activities.
- Complete all tasks in a timely and documented manner.
- Be flexible to temporarily relocate or adjust duties to meet business needs, including assisting with production as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
