We are actively looking for qualified, enthusiastic individuals who would bring experience and value to the available position of Senior Market Advisor and be a good fit within our team.

We have a small tight-knit talent rich sales community, so you need to bring a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and superior customer orientation to sell, market, and service our differentiated insurance products. NO COLD CALLING

On Target Earnings : $105,000 at plan!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Track and manage leads in your sales territory. Close sales efficiently leveraging the warm leads.

Earn new customers. Establish long term relationships and engage with existing customers.

Promote targeted life insurance products and services in territory. Ensure increase in new policy buys and growth of life insurance policy premiums paid.

Understand customer needs. Resolve queries and make appropriate recommendations.

Engage and educate prospects. Upsell from our range of exciting products.

Nurture, maintain and grow focussed productive business networks in assigned territory.

Provide best-in-class customer experience utilizing our proven sales processes and strategies.

Achieve and exceed performance metrics / KPI's and assigned sales targets.

Experience And Qualifications

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales. Proven track record in short cycle selling.

Ability to close sales. Documented success in outside sales, achieving targeted sales goals.

Result oriented, process driven attitude. Mindset to commit to following a system.

Ability to commit at least 30-35 hours minimum per week.

Ability to use CRM platforms and associated technology enablers for sales processes.

Eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to leverage mentorship / coaching.

Go-getter enthusiastic approach with an ability to multi-task and take ownership.

Excellent oral and written business communication skills. Strong email and phone etiquette.

Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable and highly capable in dealing with people.

Ability to maintain customer relationships, professionalism and high ethical standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a high-performance team.

Access to a vehicle with a valid driving license is required.

Preferred

Ability to obtain an active insurance license necessary; active license strongly preferred.

Own iPad and technology savvy.

Academic Qualifications

Minimum High School degree or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

College degree preferred but can be offset by commensurate experience in similar role.
