Patient Coach / Observer Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the licensed personnel, the Patient Coach / Observer is responsible to assist the rehabilitation team in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for the patient.
The primary purpose will be to monitor patients and to maintain their safety as they progress through the rehabilitation process.
This will be done either at bedside or by remote video monitoring.
To qualify you must have..
- Ability to bend, lift or assist with transfers and ambulation.
- Ability to navigate software.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Dependable, conscientiousness and sincere interest.
- Ability to relate well to others and work with patients of all ages.
