We are seeking a dedicated Department Manager to oversee and lead our team in providing exceptional care and services in a dynamic healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family planning, emergency medicine, toddler care, workers' compensation law, and possess excellent skills in airway management, diagnostic evaluation, home care, discharge planning, and the ability to lift when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise departmental staff to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in healthcare management or related field
- Strong knowledge of family planning, emergency medicine, toddler care, and workers' compensation law
- Proficiency in airway management, diagnostic evaluation, home care, and discharge planning
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in relevant areas is a plus
Must Have :
RN license in state of KY
Prior experience of 3 years in Emergency or Intensive Care fields
Must be open to working nights, this is a night shift position
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing BSN Preferred
Master's Degree Preferred

Pay : $75,316.00 - $98,040.00 per year
