00-17.00 / hrResponsibilities : Handle incoming calls from members, clients, and medical facilities related to scheduling, modifying, and canceling transportation request.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards callers at all timesAdhere to and ensure all company policies are followedProvide customer service with late vehicle services, verifying transportation provider no shows, and reassignment to a new transportation provider if necessaryDefuse customer escalations by offering assurance of help to resolve issues.

If unable to resolve, ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.Requirements : High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) requiredOne-year related customer service experience and / or training preferred.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Bilingual communication skills are a plus.Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, e-mail, and / or database software preferred.

Basic computer skills are required.Must be able to work flexible hours.Must be hospitable, guest / customer service oriented, and be willing to serve the needs of passengers.
