Job Summary : Prosper Ford is DFWs newest Ford store and we are growing! We're looking for an Experienced Finance Manager to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and a knack for meeting and exceeding goals.
We are looking for someone who inspires to be more and one day run a department.

Responsibilities
- Secure the sale by taking turns on the floor.
- Present and sell finance products at the highest levels.
- Must be capable to run the following averages : >
$3,000 per copy / >
80% ESC / >
45% Club Plus
Follow-up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and reiterate CSI survey
- Manage CIT to ensure all deals are funded within 72hrs
- Participate in daily training with the sales staff
Bring your A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Minimum 3yrs finance experience at a Franchise Dealership
- Capable of reading credit and submitting / rehashing deals to get approvals
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Must be currently working in the position, not wanting someone with past finance experience
