Your role as a High School Men's Head Volleyball Coach

As the Seasonal High School Men's Head Volleyball Coach at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around fostering athlete development and team cohesion.

You'll lead after-school practices, focusing on skill enhancement, teamwork strategies, and game preparations. Expect to engage with players in drills, conditioning, and tactical discussions to cultivate their skills and confidence.

Your schedule will involve after-school practices, followed by evening and weekend games during the season.

Coordination with assistant coaches, organizing transportation, and communicating with parents will also be essential parts of your role.

What you need to be successful
