CSI Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Scheduler to join our dynamic team. CSI Pharmacy is a nationwide specialty pharmacy, founded by pharmacists and dedicated to providing services for patients with chronic and rare illnesses that require complex care.
This role will be based out of the Dallas, TX area.
The Pharmacy Scheduler assists with auditing and maintaining the active patient fill schedule to ensure CSI does not miss any patients.
This includes the monitoring of the nursing schedule in AlayaCare and the next fill date in CareTend.
E SSENTIAL D UTIES AND R ESPONSIBILITIES
- Audits and maintains active patient fill schedule using the following systems : AlayaCare, CareTend and Monday.com.
- Monitors scheduling changes from nursing supervisors to realign patient fill shipments.
- Works with Pharmacy Scheduling team to adjust fill schedules based on weather and other external factors.
- Organizes assigned workload to facilitate its accomplishment.
- Consistently represents the company in a professional manner.
- Maintain effective working relationship and cooperate with all personnel in the Company.
- Adheres to the Company’s compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

E DUCATION AND / OR E XPERIENCE
- Successful completion of an approved / accredited pharmacy technician training program
- Knowledge of basic drug terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, drug use and aseptic technique.
