Rental Administrator
The Rental Administrator informs customers of our rental vehicles while servicing as a front line representative for the dealership providing exceptional customer service.
Responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly service parking area.
Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18.00 up to $22.00 per hour.
Hours : Monday through Friday, 6 : 45 AM to 3 : 45PM.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Will complete customers transactions in accordance with the Rental / Service Department policies and procedures.
- Process payment transaction with customer regarding their rental vehicle.
- Show rental vehicle to customers, and conduct walk around prior to finalizing the transaction.
- Doing daily Service Deposits
- Determines if customers coming into the service area have an appointment; records customer’s name, VIN number and mileage
- Greet customers on the drive and perform registration and direct them to appropriate person or location
- Will respond to customer’s questions; anticipating and responding to customer’s needs
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace (including service drive and lounge area, restrooms).
- Assistance with taking messages and handling schedule changes.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient hospitality services, with adequate knowledge of surrounding areas and providing other services as needed.
- Move vehicles on and off the service drive in an expedient manner.
- Pick-up and delivery of customers and customer vehicles as needed
- Special projects as assigned by the Service Manager
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Bilingual a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be outgoing and personable.
- Maintain a professional appearance
