Job Summary
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including selection, development, and performance management of employees.
- Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and control the cost of goods to optimize profits.
- Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
- Develop Crewmembers to become Shift Leaders and develop Shift Leaders to become Assistant Managers.
- Uphold all ServSafe guidelines and ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- ServSafe certification required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Experience with inventory management and cost control.
- Knowledge of restaurant sanitation and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
