Our company is looking for a licensed Enrolled Agent whose primary role will be to represent services to individual & corporate clients before the IRS for the Fresh Start Programs in order to aid in there tax issues.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled tax professional with a deep understanding of federal tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Tax Preparation : Prepare individual and corporate tax returns, including Form 1040, 1120, 1065, and 1041.
- Tax Planning : Provide tax planning strategies to clients, helping them minimize their tax liabilities.
- Tax Research : Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide informed advice to clients.
- Client Communication : Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their tax-related concerns.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all federal tax laws and regulations.
- Professional Development : Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and industry trends through continuing education.
Qualifications :
- Must have CAF # & PTIN. OTE - on top of base pay.
- Education : Enrolled Agent (EA) certification from the IRS.
- Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Enrolled Agent or in a similar tax preparation role.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of federal tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., Intuit Lacerte, TaxWise)
