We are looking for an experienced individual with strong leadership background to lead a department with a leading mental health organization located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
This is a reputable organization that focuses on mental health & substance abuse. The ideal candidate will come from a mental health organization and hold the following credentials (Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW or LPCC) Registration as an Alcohol and other Drug Counselor or as a Substance Abuse Counselor will be considered as well.
The Director of Intake & Care Coordination will be responsible for the following tasks :
Plan, direct, and coordinate the Intake department, including all aspects of referrals, assessments, treatment assignment and coordination with programs and departments.
Track, monitor, evaluate, and assess where clients receive care, how client care is provided throughout intake processes, and the overall client life cycle.
Supervise intake department staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain accurate records of intake activities and client demographics.
Ensures compliance with codes and regulations for community care programs.
This is not a remote opportunity. Monday-Friday from 8-5 schedule. Depending on experience, this position can pay anywhere between $130-140K.
