Job Description
The main responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager include, but are not limited to :
- Diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues, including mechanical and electrical problems.
- Develop, update, and maintain process / maintenance procedures and work instructions to enhance operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
- Oversee Continuous Improvement projects.
- Assist in new product development through design, testing, and validation.
- Manage projects for new equipment purchases and maintenance.
- Utilize Document Control and ECR systems to write, review, and amend documents.
- Support Quality and R&D by investigating non-conforming products and customer complaints, providing resolutions and documentation.
