Are you an experienced HVAC Install Manager looking for a fulfilling role in a supportive and friendly environment? We are seeking a HVAC Install Manager to join our locally owned and operated company in Post Falls, ID.

Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing has provided the highest quality heating and air conditioning products and customer service to Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Spokane and the surrounding areas for over 30 years.

Compensation : $90,000-$115,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities :

• Managing the installation operations of the company, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews.
• Maintaining clear and concise communication with customers, including keeping them informed about the company schedule and requested lead times.
• Overseeing the training and efficiency of company installers.
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Supervising the installation crew and ensuring the profitability of installation jobs.

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years of HVAC management experience
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives in HVAC and / or the service industry
• Prior experience setting up and tracking inventory systems
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Computer proficiency
• Experience in motivating, coaching, and training staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
