Duties :
- Handle allsupervisory duties for assigned unit
- Helpestablish and implement employee policies and procedures
- Mentor less experienced nurses offeringclinical & career advice
- Maintain thestandards of care for the unit
- ReviewResident records & quality of care
- Monitor overall care & review individual Residents cases
- Address questions or complaints broughtforward by Residents or their families
- Represent the units interests with the upperlevel management
Requirements :
- Musthold valid State RN License
- 3 years LongTerm Care Experience preferred
- 2 yearsCharge Nurse experience preferred
- Strongcomputer skills
- Excellent communicationskills
