THE BURKS COMPANIES, INC. (TBC) is looking to hire three (3) full-time handyman and maintenance team members who are experienced in tackling multiple maintenance and facility repairs.
Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpet, and tile floor maintenance and repairs . Complete painting, minor repairs, and other exterior projects.
Complete pool and room equipment repairs, if necessary. Ongoing involvement in preventative maintenance programs. WHAT DOES THE DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TBC SPECIALTY TECHNICIAN LOOK LIKE?
You may asked to complete painting, minor repairs in hotel rooms, and other exterior projects. Complete pool and exercise room equipment repairs if necessary.
Basically, ongoing involvement in preventative maintenance programs.
Therefore, this team must follow concise safety precautions and measures at all times .

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME FLOOR TECHNICIAN / CUSTODIAN / PROJECTS TEAM
21 years old or older
AND WHAT ELSE?
- Handyman may be required to perform standard upkeep and maintenance of large equipment.
- Maintenance repair problems will be reported directly to the Project Manager.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and squatting is required.
- Frequent lifting of more than 40 pounds is required.
