Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of business requirements and cost estimates for manufacturing / industrial design projects up to 30% design.
- Navigate cross departments to resolve significant issues.
- Collaborate and facilitate group discussions. Utilize a variety of questioning techniques to encourage participation and uncover key design requirements.
- Serve as primary point of contact for executives, customers, and partners.
- Conceptualize business needs as 3D solutions and advise customers of potential risks and constraints, based on their input.
- Lead teams and matrix reports to manage day-to-day program requirements. May assist in the selection and development of project employees and third-party contractors.
- Provide project management guidance for functional / divisional project leads while ensuring that projects are prioritized and managed to a successful completion.
You Must Have
- 7+ years of experience in key engineering, manufacturing, and / or program / project management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Scientific, or Business-related field.
- United States Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a . Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
- Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business.
- Ability to travel as per business needs.
