- Schedule appointments as directed, adjust schedules as needed based on patient condition
- Register and consent patients, ensure completion of required forms, scan registration materials, and collect insurance co-pays.
- Answer multiple phone lines, triage calls appropriately, manage interruptions, and maintain a responsive demeanor
- Work with other departments to coordinate patient appointments and care, including arranging transportation and interpreter services
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office; preferred experience in an oncology office.
- Experience with EPIC
- Oncology experience is a must
Shift : Mon-Fri, 8am-4 : 30pm
