The Assistant Golf Professional assists the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day Golf Operations of the facility.
The position is responsible to supervise and manage total golf operations in the absence of the Head Golf Professional.
Core Responsibilities :
- Promote an exceptional "golf experience," and provide excellent services and programs to all patrons
- Assist the Head Golf Professional in managing the facility in an efficient, high quality, service-oriented manner
- Oversee all daily operations of the facility including golf operations and golf merchandise concessions to drive revenue
- Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls
- Develop and oversee the golf instruction and golfer development programs for all customer segments
- Assist in training, supervising and motivating the staff to meet facility objectives
Qualifications :
- Customer service experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Tee Sheet Experience
