Job Location : Hybrid M-F-W / Mesa, Arizona
Reporting to : Product Marketing Manager
Role Purpose :
- Drive the marketing strategy, execution, and performance for the company's Hormone and Anti-Aging medications.
- Focus on maximizing market share, driving sales growth, educating healthcare professionals and consumers, and ensuring product success through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy & Positioning
- Develop product positioning and messaging that distinctly targets the hormone and anti-aging markets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategy.
- Manage the complete marketing lifecycle for each product from launch through growth phases to maturity.
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Operations Manager to design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging both digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Social Media, Events, Trade Marketing, Brand, Sales, CSR, Clinical, & Operations) to ensure timely production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Metrics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor key performance metrics such as sales growth, market penetration, customer engagement, and ROI to gauge the success of the hormone and anti-aging campaigns.
- Employ data analytics tools to continually refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Content Development Partner with the Content and Clinical teams to create accurate, compliant, and compelling educational and promotional materials.
- Develop sales enablement tools including website content, product guides, email campaigns, rack cards, FAQs, and other essential marketing collateral.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain close relationships with Sales, CSR, Trade Marketing, Operations, Content, Social Media, Events, Clinical, and other departments to ensure aligned marketing strategies and objectives.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with all relevant departments to synchronize priorities and monitor progress.
- Scaling & Market Expansion
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion and new product introductions within the hormone and anti-aging sectors.
- Craft scalable marketing strategies to enter new markets or intensify presence in existing markets.
Metrics for Success :
Sales Growth
Achieve a notable increase in sales volume and revenue within the hormone and anti-aging product categories.
- Campaign Performance
- Achieve high engagement rates, including click-through and conversion rates, from targeted marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement
- Generate positive customer feedback and high engagement levels on social media and other platforms.
- Time to Market
- Successfully shorten the time to launch new products and implement marketing campaigns efficiently.
Day-to-Day Deliverables :
- Campaign Management
- Oversee and ensure the timely execution and budget adherence of marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation
- Continuously produce and update high-quality marketing content in collaboration with the content team.
- Collaboration Meetings
- Engage in daily or weekly strategy sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and discuss progress.
- Data Analysis
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and sales data to optimize marketing strategies and operations.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional marketing experience specifically with anti-aging or weight loss products.
- Expertise in creating and managing targeted marketing campaigns for health and wellness products.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and compliance regulations in the hormone and anti-aging medication markets.
