Mindful Behavioral Healthcare
Growing private practice in Kissimmee, Florida, looking for licensed clinicians.
Opportunities to do child, adolescent, and adult therapy, assessments, consultations, and / or psychological testing. Very convenient location.
A fair compensation arrangement and specific days / times are to be negotiated. Must be licensed and preferably paneled for insurance.
Responsibilities
- Assess and screen patients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, counseling, observations, and psychological testing.
- Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnose patients
- Monitor patients treatment plan progression
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Collaborate with a broader team of physicians, psychologists, and nurses to assess and adjust treatment plans
Qualifications :
- Current and valid license in counseling
- Masters Degree from an accredited school
- Licensed to practice in FL
- Familiar with crisis assessment tools and techniques
- Strong working knowledge of general psychiatric principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
