Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.

Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.

We can't sponsor H1B. We accept direct hire candidates only, W2 employee hires. We do not accept 1099 independent consultants.

We do not accept staffing firms. We do not accept corp-to-corp (C2C) candidates.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced Army Civilian Readiness and Talent Management (CRTM) Operations Research / Systems Analysis (ORSA) / Data Scientist.

This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks :

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Facilitate access to all-inclusive marketing event and response details that encompass both national, local, and virtual marketing platforms
  • Assess marketing effectiveness at all levels, classify market by type and demographic where marketing events occurs, the intended demographic response, and the actual result
  • Design data structures that can house this market-event-results type of data for the development of predictive marketing analytics to inform future decisions on marketing resources
  • Facilitate enterprise data sharing with the formation of data standards for integrating marketing analytics from enterprise efforts (including local advertising and Social Media)
  • Develop standardized data file formats suitable for collecting extracts from advertising / marketing and social media platforms collaborate on the file format and structures to meet Army Recruiting Command’s requirements for integration into comprehensive tools to create a common operating picture
  • Facilitate analytics from GoArmy.com, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics
  • Facilitate social media analytics with tools such as Digimine

QUALIFICATIONS :

Master’s degree and a minimum of five years managing large, complex projects; developing research and evaluation plans;

analyzing data; providing policy recommendations; writing technical reports; and preparing and presenting briefings to executive-level decision makers.

In lieu of a master’s degree, 10 years’ experience is adequate and a bachelor’s degree.

  • Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain)
  • Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting.
  • Secret Clearance
