Physical Therapist - Brookfield Pediatric Therapy Clinic - PRN / Pool

Schedule Details : Clinic is open from 7am-6 : 00pm. Looking for coverage availability at least for 4 shifts per month. Needs will be variable on number of days per week, and hours per week.
Some long- term coverage may be requested for a staff leave of absence. No weekends or holidays required.
About Us :
The Outpatient Therapy department services Waukesha county in 14 locations including clinics affiliated with Waukesha, Oconomowoc, and Mukwonago Memorial Hospitals.
We employ 70 Physical therapists, and 2 Physical therapy assistants. Clinical staff provides care for patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and medical diagnoses, seeing patient from infancy through late adulthood.
Many specialty services are offered including Cancer Rehab, lymphedema therapy, Pelvic floor rehab, dry needling, vestibular therapy for dizziness, balance and falls, and sport rehab.
They also provide specialty care to the pediatric population for complex medical, congenital, orthopedic and neurologic conditions, and sensory processing disorders.

Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.
Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.
What you will need :
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
- Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
