Overview
Our Manufacturing Analyst will be the primary liaison between our corporate and field leadership teams and will be responsible for supporting our manufacturing facilities throughout our change and growth plans.

Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and process optimization.
- Act as a liaison between the Performance Planning team and the cement plants to collaborate on performance data analysis, trends identification, and drive standardization efforts.
- Use business information systems such as PowerBI, Plant Focus, SAP, Maximo, etc. to report performance and develop interactive dashboards for leadership teams.
- Develop consistent and scalable KPIs and scorecards for all facilities, including definitions, data requirements, maintenance, and data integrity.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on production performance and improvement strategies (Downtime analysis Pareto charts, RCA, etc).
- Coordinate data requirements for Cement Plant Master Plans and Annual Technical Reports.
- Collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams to set clear action plans, roadmaps, and timelines to achieve business objectives.
- Creatively assist in solving business requirement problems by using all available investigative resources to research and propose solutions.
Ability, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally cement or building materials
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and Excel is required.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to develop insights and actions, are required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is required.
- Strong data visualization skills preferred.
- Personality that builds trust with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Presentation skills with the ability to communicate with leadership teams are preferred.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening which may include a physical, background check, and drug screen.
