Home health PTAs work with an interdisciplinary team to care for patients in the home setting. Join our amazing home health team where you have autonomy, a reasonable and fair weekend rotation, a flexible schedule, and limited on-call.
Home health PTAs provide skilled care to patients to achieve outcomes in collaboration with the patient’s provider.
Minimum Qualifications :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree
- Valid state driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and provide proof of insurance, if applicable
- Minimum of eighteen (18) years old
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensure in the state of Ohio
- 1-2 Years of Experience Preferred
