Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) IV to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Senior leadership subject matter expert (SME) collaborating with Mission Partner executive leadership, IT Managers, and Cybersecurity Teams to prepare and update program planning documentation
- Monitor and maintain cognizance of the security of applications, databases, computers, and websites
- Assess process improvement options and provide guidance on Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Collaborate with the team Security Leads to ensure successful implementation and execution of agency-specific Information Security Programs supporting and leveraging a multitenant, multiagency Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
- Advise and recommend agency-specific security controls and practices and head the technical teams responsible for security compliance, maintenance of security infrastructure, and detection of and response to security incidents
- Senior role managing all aspects of cybersecurity for an enterprise program. They report to the Business Operations Director IV
- Supervises and mentors subordinate project staff
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or related STEM discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the US Department of Education for Higher Education Administration (CHEA)
- Ten or more (10+) years of related experience
- Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order : CCNA-SecurityCySA+GICSPGSECSecurity+ CECNDSSCP
- Hold a current PMP certification
- Hold one of the following certifications : CISSP, CISM, CEH, C-CISO, or equivalent
- If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required
- If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required
Preferred Qualifications :
- DoD 8570.01-m IASAE Level III Certification (ISC2 CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP or CISSP-ISSMP)
- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other closely related IT discipline
- Additional certifications, such as a CEH, GCIH, GCIA, GPEN
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft TechCenter, or Jira ticketing systems
Clearance Requirements :
This position requires an active Top Secret clearance
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
